Return Window

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and reason for return in your email
- Wait for our team to review and approve your return request
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA instructions
Important: Returns sent without an RMA number may be rejected or subject to processing delays.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Processing

Lost Packages

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be submitted before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return according to this policy.

International Returns
