At ZCoatings, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened and unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • All original accessories, instructions, and materials must be included
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at shopzcoatings@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your email
  3. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request
  4. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  5. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  6. Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA instructions

Important: Returns sent without an RMA number may be rejected or subject to processing delays.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned with missing accessories or packaging
  • Items showing signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product
  • Items returned after the 30-day window (at our discretion)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopzcoatings@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include:

  • Replacement of the damaged/defective item
  • Full refund including original shipping costs
  • Store credit

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the package cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be submitted before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return according to this policy.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items that do not reach our facility.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
