Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays with your order.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after the order has been processed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. The free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts and before taxes.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. If you need expedited delivery, shipping fees will apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website:

  • USPS Tracking
  • UPS Tracking
  • FedEx Tracking

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • FedEx

The carrier for your order is selected based on the shipping method chosen, package weight, and destination. We reserve the right to change carriers at our discretion.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at shopzcoatings@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the package
  • Look around your property for a safe drop-off location
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at shopzcoatings@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before opening fully
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopzcoatings@gmail.com with photos and your order number

We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged items at no additional cost to you.

Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim may be subject to a restocking fee and will not be refunded for original shipping costs. To receive a refund for an undeliverable package, please contact our customer service team.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, certain products may have shipping restrictions due to carrier limitations or regulations.

If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Weather and Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, carrier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. During such events, we recommend checking with the carrier for updates on your delivery.

Split Shipments

In rare cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November through December), we recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Processing and shipping times may be extended during these periods.

We will post holiday shipping deadlines on our website and social media channels. Orders placed after the holiday deadline are not guaranteed to arrive before the holiday.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
