ZCoatings started in a garage, not a boardroom. Wade Zimmerman was detailing cars in Ankeny, Iowa - working on paint that needed real protection, not marketing promises. He tried the big brands. How ZCoatings Started

Wade launched ZCoatings in November 2025 after testing formulas on his own car for months. The first version, ZCoatings 10X, proved the concept. But he kept testing.

Side-by-side comparisons on real vehicles - measuring gloss retention, water behavior, durability through Iowa weather - led to a graphene-enhanced formula that outperformed everything else. That became ZCoatings 10X Diamond. The 50ml size covers a full-size truck or SUV properly. 30ml doesn't.
